Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Post job openings and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Assist with payroll and leave management.
- Support employee engagement and HR-related activities.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with different departments.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Positive coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Salary

₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
