Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide personalized styling and fashion recommendations.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable outfits based on their preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Drive key retail KPIs, including ATV, UPT and conversion.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented.
- Ensure proper product knowledge, stock awareness and inventory coordination.
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
- Assist in training and guiding junior Fashion Consultants.

Candidate Requirements





- 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail or premium apparel brands.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good fashion sense and styling knowledge.
- Sales-driven with a target-oriented approach.
- Presentable, confident and professional personality.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.
