We are looking for an experienced Payroll Executive who can independently handle monthly payroll processing and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and statutory deductions.
- Understand changes in PF calculations, salary structures and statutory regulations.
- Handle salary calculations, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
- Prepare payroll MIS, salary statements and reconciliation reports.
- Handle full & final settlements and employee payroll queries.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary processing.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–5 years of hands-on payroll experience.




- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and TDS.
- Good knowledge of recent statutory changes in payroll.
- Excellent MS Excel skills – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and formulas.
- Must be capable of independently managing payroll operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates from Andheri, Marol, Sakinaka, Powai and nearby areas preferred.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Individual contributor role.
- No team management responsibilities.
- Salary budget up to ₹40,000 per month.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
