Job Title: Architectural BIM Modeler

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for experienced Architectural BIM Modelers with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Candidates should have hands-on experience in developing detailed architectural BIM models at LOD 400–LOD 500 and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

- Create and manage architectural models at LOD 400–LOD 500, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.

- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks.

- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–8 years of relevant experience in Architectural BIM Modelling.

- Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural modelling and documentation.

- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Navisworks for BIM coordination, clash detection, and model review.

- Practical experience in LOD 400–LOD 500 modelling.

- Good understanding of architectural construction details and building components.

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
