· Lead the overall product, process, customer, order, and project costing function.

· Prepare and review detailed product costing covering raw materials, direct labour, manufacturing overheads, power, utilities, packing, logistics, finance costs, and other relevant expenses.

· Develop and maintain standard costing systems, costing masters, BOMs, rates, overhead absorption, and cost allocation methodologies.

· Analyze actual cost versus standard/budgeted cost and identify significant variances with corrective action recommendations.

· Conduct product-wise, customer-wise, order-wise, plant-wise, and business-unit-wise profitability analysis.

· Support senior management in pricing, quotation, margin evaluation, commercial negotiations, and recent product decisions.

· Review cost assumptions and validate costing prepared by the team before submission to management.

· Drive cost reduction, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and waste-control initiatives with functional teams.

· Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for senior management and business heads.

· Develop management dashboards covering sales, production, inventory, receivables, profitability, costing, margins, and key operational KPIs.

· Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, rolling forecasts, and periodic business projections with department heads.

· Conduct detailed budget versus actual analysis and highlight key business and cost variances.





· Prepare management reports with actionable insights, trends, exceptions, and recommendations.

· Monitor gross margin, contribution margin, product mix, and profitability trends.

· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales & Marketing, Stores, Supply Chain, Design, HR, and Accounts teams for accurate MIS and costing inputs.

· Establish data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of management reports.

· Monitor inventory valuation, material consumption, production yield, wastage, scrap, and other manufacturing cost drivers.

· Review and improve ERP/SAP costing and MIS processes, including master data and reporting structures.

· Automate recurring MIS reports and dashboards using advanced MS Excel, Power BI, ERP/SAP, or other analytical tools.

· Lead and mentor the costing/MIS team, allocate responsibilities, review output, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

· Define reporting formats, reporting calendars, SOPs, and internal controls for costing and MIS activities.

· Support internal and statutory audits by providing accurate costing, MIS, and financial analysis data.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial, pricing, customer, and business information.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
