- Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.
- Supervise shift operations and guide operators and technicians.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the plan.
- Coordinate with the DCS team for process monitoring and control.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Identify process abnormalities and take corrective action.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Maintain shift reports, production data, and logbooks.
- Coordinate with Quality and other departments to maintain product quality.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain production records.
- Report operational issues and production performance to the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
