Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Should have Certification Course in Transplant Coordinator, B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Life Sciences / Allied Health Sciences or other relevant healthcare qualification.
- Preferred: Clinical experience in Nephrology, Urology, ICU, Dialysis, or Transplant Coordination.
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant hospital experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, documentation, patient counselling, computer proficiency, and organizational skills.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete kidney transplant process, from initial patient registration and evaluation to transplantation and follow-up.
- Facilitate pre-transplant evaluation of recipients and potential donors, ensuring completion of all required investigations and consultations.
- Coordinate with Nephrologists, Urologists, Transplant Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, ICU, Laboratory, Blood Bank, and other concerned departments.
- Maintain and update transplant recipient and donor records, including medical history, investigation reports, consent forms, and transplant documentation.
- Ensure timely scheduling of investigations, consultations,



transplant procedures, and follow-up appointments.
- Assist in obtaining and verifying required approvals, legal documentation, and statutory clearances in accordance with applicable organ transplantation laws and institutional policies.
- Coordinate with the hospital transplant team for organ allocation, donor-recipient matching, and transplant-related arrangements.
- Educate patients and donors regarding transplant procedures, preparation, medication compliance, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
- Monitor patients' follow-up schedules and coordinate post-transplant investigations and consultations.
- Maintain transplant registry, databases, waiting lists, and periodic reports as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and donor information and compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department / Medical Superintendent / Hospital Administration.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
