Job Title: Maintenance Electrician (Commercial Building)

- Location: Bangalore - Bannerghatta Road
- Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening, Night, Weekends, and Holidays)
- Experience: 3–5 years in commercial facilities (Buildings, Apartments, Malls, IT Parks)
- Qualifications: ITI in Electrician Trade (NCVT/SCVT) | Mandatory - Valid Wireman License preferred
- Salary: Rs. 20,000 - 25,000 CTC per month
- Ready to join immediately
- Ready to work on shift basis
- Staying in Bangalore near Bannerghatta area preferred

Job Purpose :

To execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of all electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted, 24x7 operations, Zero downtime and Strict Safety Compliance across the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

- System Operations & Monitoring: Monitor and operate HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, APFC panels, and bus ducts.
- Breakdown & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in wiring, panels, lighting, power circuits,



switchgears (MCCBs, MCBs, RCCBs), motors, and pumps.
- Facility Support: Provide electrical maintenance for HVAC systems (AHUs, ventilation fans, chillers) and water/sewage pump systems (STP/WTP).
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute planned maintenance schedules, clean/tighten panel connections, test protective devices, and maintain proper earthing systems.
- Documentation & Logbooks: Maintain accurate shift logbooks, record hourly electrical parameters, track utility consumption meter readings, and update equipment history cards.
- Vendor & Emergency Coordination: Assist AMC vendors during service schedules and act as the first responder for emergency electrical failures or evacuations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
