To safely and efficiently operate forklifts for the movement, loading, unloading, stacking, and storage of raw materials, finished products, and other goods within the factory and warehouse premises.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts safely for loading, unloading, lifting, shifting, and stacking materials.
- Transport raw materials, finished goods, rubber mats, and other materials between designated areas.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and other vehicles.
- Stack and arrange materials properly in designated storage locations.
- Ensure the secure handling and movement of materials without causing damage to products or property.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, Packing, and Logistics departments for material movement.
- Check the condition of the forklift before starting daily operations, including brakes, tyres, lights, horn, hydraulic systems, and battery/fuel levels.




- Immediately report any equipment malfunction, breakdown, accident, or unsafe working condition to the concerned supervisor.
- Maintain records of material movement whenever required.
- Follow all factory safety rules, traffic guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper parking and shutdown of the forklift after completing operations.
- Perform other duties related to material handling and warehouse operations as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Licence is mandatory.
- Previous experience in forklift operation is preferred.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
