- Oversee and manage overall hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Maintenance.
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all hotel departments.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction, service quality, and customer experience.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor hotel revenue, GOP, ADR, RevPAR, and operational expenses.
- Control departmental costs and ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources.
- Coordinate with Unit Heads, General Managers, and department HODs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and hospitality regulations.
- Conduct regular operational audits and performance reviews across properties.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective action plans.
- Improve team productivity, staff training, and employee performance.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in service delivery across all units.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 8–12 years of experience in hotel operations.
- Previous experience handling multi-unit or multi-property hotel operations will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, and overall hotel management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Robust knowledge of hotel financials, budgeting, GOP, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Ability to manage teams, resolve operational issues, and achieve targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Must have experience in the hotel industry.
- Should be capable of handling overall operations independently.
- Must be comfortable with travelling to different hotel locations.
- Should have a result-oriented approach with strong business acumen.
- Experience in managing multiple hotel properties will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
