Job Description:

- Promote Airtel products and services through direct field marketing.
- Conduct door-to-door sales and customer acquisition activities.
- Distribute pamphlets and create awareness about Airtel offers.
- Conduct umbrella activities, promotional campaigns and roadshows in assigned locations.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into Airtel subscribers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates.
- Age:



18–33 years (as per company requirements).
- Skills: Good communication and convincing skills.
- Requirement: Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory as per project.
- Willingness to work in the field.
