As a customer relation trainee you will be responsible for
- Handling customer queries and providing support.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Conducting customer follow-ups and collecting feedback.
- Assisting in lead generation and customer engagement.
- Resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintaining customer records and reports.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
