Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Responsible for sales coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, logistics, and customer deliveries, along with field visits to attend customer enquiries and provide sales support.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare sales quotations and maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with the admin team, warehouse and transporters for invoices, dispatches and timely deliveries.
- Carry out material deliveries to customers as required.
- Visit customers to attend to enquiries, understand their requirements, and provide sales support.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and potential business opportunities.
- Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
- Build customer relationships and coordinate with the sales team to address product-related queries.

Requirements





- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline; a technical qualification is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, field sales, or a similar role.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and deliveries.
- Experience in industrial products or engineering tools will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
