Job Title: Merchandise Planner – Fresh FoodLocation: NCR, IndiaExperience: 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage merchandise planning for Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy, Bakery, Meat and other perishable categories.
- Handle demand forecasting, sales planning and inventory replenishment.
- Monitor stock availability, shelf life, expiry, wastage and shrinkage.
- Analyse sales trends, inventory turnover and product performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, category management and store operations teams.
- Ensure optimum stock levels and minimise product wastage.

Requirements:

- 10 years of experience in Merchandise Planning / Retail Planning.
- Strong experience in fresh food categories within Hypermarkets / Supermarkets.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management and replenishment.
- Robust analytical and Excel skills.

Preferred Background: Organised retail, FMCG, Supermarkets and Hypermarkets.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
