Salary: 30000 to 45000 Monthly

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Engineering with ADIS / Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent safety qualification.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager with a strong background in HVAC, MEP, and industrial project safety management. The candidate must have prior experience working on Reliance Industries projects / Reliance sites and be familiar with Reliance safety standards, HSE procedures, and permit-to-work systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific HSE policies and safety management plans.
- Ensure compliance with Reliance Industries HSE standards, safety procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Supervise safety activities related to HVAC installation, ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, and other MEP works.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessment.
- Monitor work at height, scaffolding, lifting operations, electrical safety, hot work, and confined space activities.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all employees and subcontractors.




- Coordinate with client safety teams, project managers, contractors, and site engineers.
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, training records, and compliance registers.
- Conduct emergency response drills and ensure emergency preparedness.
- Lead and guide the site safety team.

Mandatory Requirements

- Must have previous working experience on Reliance Industries projects or Reliance project sites.
- Strong knowledge of Reliance HSE standards and safety protocols.
- Experience in HVAC / MEP installation and industrial projects.
- Good understanding of PTW, JSA, HIRA, LOTO, and emergency management.
- Experience handling client safety audits and inspections.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of overall industrial/project safety experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HVAC / MEP project safety experience.
- Prior experience with Reliance Industries (Jamnagar, Hazira, Dahej, or other Reliance project locations) preferred.
- Ability to independently manage site HSE operations and a safety team.
