Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Center Head – Lab Operations (Technical In-Charge) to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure accurate diagnostic testing, maintain quality standards, and manage laboratory staff efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day laboratory operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples and reports.
- Monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures.
- Ensure compliance with NABL and other applicable laboratory standards.
- Supervise, train, and manage laboratory technicians and staff.
- Handle equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor sample collection, processing, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and other departments.
- Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and inventory.
- Ensure patient safety, hygiene,



and laboratory safety protocols.
- Handle operational issues and improve overall laboratory efficiency.

Qualifications

- B.Sc / M.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or relevant life sciences.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be preferred.
- Additional certifications in laboratory quality management will be an advantage.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in diagnostic laboratory operations.
- Previous experience as a Lab Manager, Technical In-Charge, or Center Head is preferred.
