About the Role

Quality Education is looking for a highly research-oriented and creative Hindi Documentary Scriptwriter who can conduct in-depth research and convert complex topics into engaging, factual and thought-provoking video scripts.

The ideal candidate must have strong Hindi writing skills, analytical thinking, fact-checking abilities and a genuine interest in Indian history, current affairs, psychology, society, education and human behaviour.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond basic information, uncover lesser-known facts, verify claims using credible sources and develop compelling stories for YouTube documentaries, educational videos and short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Fact-Checking

- Conduct in-depth research using credible books, government reports, research papers and reliable publications.
- Verify facts, statistics, historical claims and references before including them in scripts.
- Identify unique insights, lesser-known facts and different perspectives.
- Maintain proper research notes and source references.

2. Hindi Documentary Scriptwriting

- Write research-based Hindi scripts for YouTube documentaries and long-form videos.
- Develop powerful hooks, engaging narratives and logical story progression.




- Simplify complex subjects without compromising factual accuracy.
- Use real-life examples, case studies and historical connections to make content impactful.

3. YouTube Shorts & Reels Scriptwriting

- Write engaging scripts for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Create strong opening hooks, concise storytelling and memorable conclusions.
- Develop original educational, psychological, motivational and fact-based content.

4. Subject Research & Content Development

- Research Indian history, Rajasthan history, current affairs, science, technology, education, economics and society.
- Analyse important events, personalities, real-life success stories and case studies.
- Develop original video topics, research briefs, outlines and creative storytelling angles.

Required Skills

- Excellent Hindi writing skills and the ability to explain topics in simple, natural Hindi.
- Strong research, analytical thinking and fact-verification abilities.
- Ability to research using both Hindi and English sources.
- Interest in history, current affairs, psychology, education and social issues.
- Understanding of YouTube documentary storytelling and audience retention.
- Familiarity with AI research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.




- Ability to write original scripts supported by credible sources.
