Hiring: DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie)

Position: DCDP
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Supervise Commis chefs and guide junior staff.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist the CDP and Head Chef with menu execution.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as DCDP or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
