We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and multi-state statutory compliance.

? Location: Gurugram

? Work Mode: Work from Office | 6 Days a Week

? What We're Looking For:

5–8 years of experience in Payroll / C&B; Operations.

Strong expertise in end-to-end monthly payroll processing.

Hands-on experience managing multi-entity and multi-state payroll.

Excellent knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus and Gratuity.

Experience in payroll reconciliation, statutory filings and audit support.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll tools such as Darwinbox, GreytHR,



PeopleStrong, Keka, etc.

? Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete monthly payroll operations, including F&F; settlements.

Ensure timely statutory compliance across multiple Indian states.

Handle payroll reconciliation, MIS, audits and employee payroll queries.

Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely payroll processing.

? The Ideal Candidate: Someone with strong practical knowledge of state-wise payroll compliances and the ability to independently manage end-to-end payroll operations.
