Role & responsibilities

- Counsel patients and attendants on treatment plans, procedures, packages, and expected costs

- Coordinate with doctors, the billing department, insurance/TPA desk, and nursing staff

- Assist with admission, discharge, and insurance or cashless formalities

- Follow up with enquiries and OPD patients to convert them to treatment or admission

- Handle patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups

- Meet monthly targets for conversions and patient satisfaction
