Experience:

3 years in a patent law firm in Delhi NCR working with a patent agent/attorney in patent prosecution

Key Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end formalities for Indian patent filings
- Maintaining and monitoring statutory and internal deadlines of attorneys
- Preparing and e-filing forms before the Indian Patent Office
- Coordinating with foreign associates, clients and inventors for documents, POAs, assignments, verified translations and priority documents
- Reviewing Patent Office correspondence and reporting to attorneys and clients
- Preparing status reports and supporting portfolio management

Eligibility

- Maximum 3 years of hands-on patent formalities experience in a patent law firm in Delhi NCR working with a patent agent/attorney in patent prosecution
- Thorough working knowledge of the Patents Act, 1970, the Patents Rules and the IPO's e-filing portal
- Excellent written and spoken English, solid attention to detail and deadline discipline
