- Source and close debt deals for SMEs and emerging corporates

- Meet 5–6 founders, promoters and CFOs a day

- Own and deliver your monthly revenue target

- Originate and close deals on the Recur Club platform

- Find and qualify prospects through outreach, referrals and partners

- Keep the pipeline strong across priority sectors and geographies

- Recommend the right capital stack: working capital, venture debt, term loans, asset-backed financing

- Negotiate terms and execute the Engagement Letter

- Drive deals through evaluation, due diligence and closure with capital consultants, operations and lenders

Who You Are

- 2–7 years originating debt for mid-market corporates





- Strong with financial statements and capital structures

- Knows secured and unsecured loans, cash flow lending, invoice discounting, revenue-based financing

- Comfortable with Founders, Promoters and CFOs

- Self-starter with an ownership mindset

- Transparent communicator with a spotless CRM
