- Operate and monitor blister packing machines for tablets and capsules.
- Perform machine setup, batch changeover, and line clearance.
- Ensure proper forming, sealing, and packing of blisters.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, including leak tests and visual inspection.
- Maintain BMR, BPR, and packaging documentation.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with QA and Production for batch completion and quality compliance.
