Role Description As the Owner of Born on Feed, this full-time remote role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the agency and overseeing daily operations. Key activities include managing client relationships, defining service offerings, supervising project pipelines, and ensuring that video editing and content production deliverables meet quality and turnaround standards. The role involves leading and coordinating the team, refining workflows, and implementing processes that support scalable, reliable production for multiple clients and platforms.

The Owner will handle business development, marketing initiatives, and financial oversight to drive growth while maintaining strong operational performance. This position requires regular collaboration with clients and team members across time zones in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

- Robust leadership, team management, and client relationship skills to guide an agency and act as a trusted production partner.
- Experience in video editing, content production, or creative direction, with understanding of short-form,



long-form, and multi-platform content.
- Skills in business development, sales, and marketing to attract new clients and grow long-term partnerships.
- Operational and project management skills to design workflows, manage timelines, and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
- Financial and strategic planning abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and setting measurable business goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and provide clear guidance to clients and team members.
- Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment, using collaboration and project management tools effectively.
- Previous experience owning or managing a creative agency, production studio, or similar business is highly beneficial.
- Background in marketing, media, film, communications, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
