Role Description The Outreach Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for expanding Pahal Design’s presence and engagement within local schools, colleges, and communities. The role involves planning and executing outreach campaigns, coordinating information sessions and workshops, and building relationships with educational institutions and community organizations.

The Outreach

Manager will manage promotional activities, support admissions and counseling events,



and collaborate with internal teams to align outreach initiatives with organizational goals. Daily tasks include coordinating schedules, tracking outreach performance, maintaining contact databases, and providing feedback and reports to leadership to improve engagement strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations skills to manage institutional relationships, represent the organization professionally, and enhance brand visibility.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, organize, and execute outreach events and campaigns within defined timelines and budgets.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote courses, support lead conversion, and contribute to enrollment growth.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to engage local communities, coordinate collaborations, and increase awareness of Pahal Design’s programs.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or counseling domains is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in South Delhi, travel locally for events, and maintain accurate reports and records.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in Marketing, Communications, or Education is an advantage.
