Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Inform customers about new products, services, and offers.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
- Generate leads and drive renewals through outbound calling.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.

Desired Key Skills & Competencies:

- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Academic Qualification: Graduates and HSC passouts can apply
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of English.
- Interactive, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
- Typing speed of at least 20 WPM.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
