Sanjivani super speciality Hospitals ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated OT In-Charge to manage and supervise the Operation Theatre department efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily OT operations.
- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of OT equipment.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain OT protocols, hygiene, sterilization and infection control standards.
- Ensure availability of surgical instruments, equipment and consumables.
- Manage OT staff scheduling and duty allocation.
- Maintain OT records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and smooth workflow in the Operation Theatre.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in OT management.




- Positive knowledge of OT procedures, sterilization and infection control.
- Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage OT staff and daily operations efficiently.
