Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide expert-level support for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time &
- Labor, Absence Management, Compensation &
- Recruiting modules.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud products.

- Implement new implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud projects from start to finish.

- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, benefits administration, time management, labor tracking, absence management, compensation planning, recruitment processes.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-12 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (Core HR), Benefits (HRMS), Time &
- Labor (Workforce Management) or Absence Management (Employee Central).

- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits (HRMS), Time &

- Labor (Workforce Management) or Absence Management (Employee Central).

- Experience with at least one implementation project life cycle including configuration setup; data migration; testing; go-live support.
