We are seeking an experienced OPT (BENCH) Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage qualified IT/tech talent. The ideal candidate has robust sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of bench recruitment of USC, GC, EAD candidates in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Identify qualified IT candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, niche portals, and referrals.
- Bench &
- Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain an active pipeline of USC, GC, EAD candidates for bench placement.
- Screening &
- Assessment: Evaluate candidates on technical fit, experience, work authorization, and job compatibility.
- Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone/video screens and coordinate client/internal interviews.
- ATS &
- Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and ensure compliance with U.S. work authorization guidelines.





Qualifications

- Experience: Proven track record in U.S. IT recruiting, bench recruiting, and work authorization handling (OPT/CPT, EAD, H4, L2, GC, USC).
- Technical Sourcing: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS/CRM tools, and Boolean search strings.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of U.S. IT roles, tech stacks, and labor market dynamics.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
