Job Purpose

To assist customers in selecting suitable spectacles, lenses, and optical products while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Attend customers and understand their eyewear requirements.

2. Explain different types of frames, lenses, coatings, and optical products.

3. Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescriptions and preferences.

4. Prepare quotations and generate bills for optical purchases.

5. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

6. Coordinate with the laboratory for spectacle orders and timely delivery.

7. Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.

8. Maintain proper stock records and display optical products neatly.

9. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

10. Maintain positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

11. Coordinate with optometrists and other hospital departments.

12. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the optical showroom.
