Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with 5-7 years of solid hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and the Oracle Fusion technical stack, especially in SCM modules. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and applying modern technical approaches to enhance Oracle-based supply chain and finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS (R12.2) technical components for SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, WIP, and Manufacturing, including forms, reports, interfaces, workflows, and concurrent programs.

- Develop and support Oracle Fusion technical components such as OTBI/BIP Reports, REST APIs, integrations, Groovy scripts, and SaaS customizations in collaboration with functional teams.

- Create and maintain PL/SQL programs, SQL scripts, interfaces, and data conversions using SQLLoader, UTL_FILE, and other tools in a multi-org, multi-instance environment.

- Customize and extend Oracle Workflows, Alerts, and Personalizations to meet business requirements.

- Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and support the design-to-delivery lifecycle.

- Participate in upgrade, patching, cloning, and migration activities for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environments.

- Provide production support, root-cause analysis, performance tuning,



and troubleshooting for SCM and integration layers.

- Contribute to innovation initiatives such as automation, integration with middleware/AI/ML tools, and improving technical architecture.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- 5-7 years of Oracle Apps technical experience, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS SCM modules.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion technical - reports, customization, and integration (OTBI/BIP, REST APIs, Integration Cloud, scripting).

- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, SQLLoader, UTL_FILE, and Oracle database concepts.

- Experience with Reports/BI Publisher, Concurrent Programs, Workflow/Alerts, and Oracle Forms in Oracle EBS.

- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware technologies used in hybrid EBS + Fusion environments.

- Experience with version control and CI/CD practices in an Oracle application context.

- Oracle certifications are a plus.

- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to explore new technologies, automate repetitive tasks, and propose improvements.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
