JOB SUMMARY :

As a Team Leader in Lien Operations at ARCHER Transnational Systems Private Limited, you lead a team that delivers post-settlement healthcare lien resolution and related administration work. You make sure work is allocated before the shift starts, quality is right the first time, and the teams time is used well.

ARCHER is building a scalable way of working, where the same team can handle much higher volume through standard processes, automation and AI. You are the link between the floor and that goal. You keep the process standard, spot what slows the team down, and help fix it.

You also grow your people. You coach associates on their errors, build their skills across processes, and prepare successors, so the team runs smoothly even when you are away.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Team Management and Coaching: Lead, mentor and coach the team. Hold regular 1:1s, give clear and timely feedback, and open a documented improvement plan when the same error repeats. Recognise strong performance and identify future leaders.
- Allocation and Productivity: Complete allocation before the shift starts, spread work fairly, and keep utilization at or above target (90%+) with no idle inventory. Track unassigned work and flag anything older than 5 days.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations so every task is completed within the defined TAT and meets company standards and onshore expectations. Resolve floor queries quickly and follow the continuity process during system downtime.
- Quality and Error Management: Own the quality of your teams work. Review QC feedback, find the root cause, and close every CAPA with a clear action for the person and for the process. Track errors by associate and error type to catch repeat patterns early.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Function as the working point of contact for onshore leads, QC, Operational Excellence and other service lines. Respond promptly, close loops without being chased,

and raise escalations early and in full.
- Process Standardization and Improvement: Keep the SOP, the process and the TMS aligned (One SOP, One Process, One TMS). Support process mapping (SIPOC, VSM), define TAT at each step, and bring improvement ideas with a straightforward estimate of the benefit.
- Automation and Technology: Work with the Technology and Operational Excellence teams to identify, test and roll out automation and AI tools. Log ideas in the automation tracker, validate outputs, manage exceptions and fallbacks, and reset the TMS after go-live so the benefit is real. Build simple trackers and tools yourself where you can. Reporting and MIS: Keep the daily MIS accurate and ready before anyone asks. Report volume, backlog, utilization, quality, TAT and aging with the number, the trend, the cause and the next step. Support the weekly and monthly reviews (MBR) and track every action item to closure.
- Training and Skill Development: Maintain the teams skill matrix, run cross-training and onboard new joiners to proficiency. Make sure no process depends on a single person.
- Risk, Compliance and Continuity: Maintain the risk and escalation log, support the business continuity plan, and keep leave, attendance and compliance items current. Protect the confidentiality of claimant data at all times.

HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED :

- Productivity: Utilization at or above target; no unassigned work older than 5 days.
- Quality:

Critical and repeat errors trending down; improvement plan opened within a week of a repeat error; every CAPA closed on time. Timeliness: Work completed within TAT at every step.
- Reporting: Daily MIS accurate and on time; action items closed by the due date.
- Team Capability: Skill matrix up to date; cross-training on plan; team compliance and HR hygiene current.
- Improvement: Ideas logged and delivered, with the time or effort saved recorded.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

- Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration, Legal Studies or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in lien resolution, legal services or settlement administration, including at least 1 year leading, mentoring or coaching others.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and coaching skills, including giving clear, specific and timely feedback.
- Clear and concise communication, written and verbal, including short, number-led updates for senior leaders and onshore teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, trackers and dashboards). SQL or Power BI is a plus.
- Comfort with automation and AI tools, and a habit of building and improving rather than only requesting.
- Understanding capacity and productivity measures such as utilization, TMS and FTE.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and follow up without being chased.
- Trained and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred. Knowledge of SIPOC and value stream mapping is a plus.

Knowledge:

- Understanding of legal services, particularly in the areas of mass tort and class action litigation, healthcare lien resolution and settlement administration.
- Familiarity with QC practices, SOPs and process documentation.
