About the Role

Holland Nest Farm Products is looking for a dynamic, proactive and result-oriented Operations Supervisor to take charge of our day-to-day operations across our poultry and seafood products business.

If you are passionate about operations, good at managing people and processes, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities, we would love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline our distribution network and delivery operations.

Manage factory, processing and packing activities.

Monitor inventory, stock movement and reconciliation.

Supervise warehouse, cold storage and logistics operations.

Coordinate transportation, dispatches and deliveries.

Monitor retail outlet operations and stock availability.

Lead and manage staff, manpower allocation and productivity.

Ensure quality, hygiene, minimum wastage and operational efficiency.





Prepare daily MIS reports and coordinate with management.

What We Are Looking For

Graduate with 3–5 years of relevant operations experience.

Experience in FMCG, poultry, seafood, food processing, logistics or distribution preferred.

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Good understanding of inventory and warehouse management.

Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory systems.

- A hands-on individual with excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
