Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations.

- Lead and manage teams handling AR (Accounts Receivable), Denial Management, Medical Billing, Payment Posting, and Credentialing.

- Drive operational performance, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.

- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and revenue targets.

- Handle client communication, business reviews, escalations, and relationship management.

- Develop strategies to improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize revenue cycle performance.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and internal process standards.

- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and operational teams.

- Ensure effective resource planning, capacity management, and overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.





- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Operations Manager or Senior Operations leadership role.

- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

- Strong client management and communication skills.

- Valuable understanding of revenue management, operational metrics, and financial performance.

- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and US Healthcare processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
