We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end operations management, with a focus on production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive productivity improvements while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to optimize storage and reduce costs.
- Quality &
- Process Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement process improvements.
- Logistics &
- Dispatch Management: Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- SOPs &
- Operational Systems: Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for all operations.
- MIS, Reviews &
- Management Reporting: Prepare management reports and conduct reviews to track performance.
- Cost Control &
- Productivity Improvement:



Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Maintenance, Safety &
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance of equipment.
- Team Leadership &

Required Skills

- Strong end-to-end manufacturing operations and coordination skills.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and follow-up abilities.
- Working knowledge of fabrication, assembly, powder coating, and inventory management.
- Understanding of BOMs, BOQs, material planning, procurement, and dispatch documentation.
- Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
- ERP/MRP experience preferred.
- Ability to establish SOPs and implement structured workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and resolving interdepartmental issues.
- Valuable communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- A proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented approach. Candidates must have experience in the Fabrication or FRP industry to be considered for this role.
