Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple manufacturing and water bottling plant locations simultaneously. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 10–20+ employees, ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining client relationships, and achieving operational efficiency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities1. Manage and supervise multiple operational locations simultaneously.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of water bottling plants installed at client locations.
- Lead, manage and monitor a team of 10–25+ employees, including supervisors and plant operators.
- Handle client relationships, meetings, escalations and operational requirements.
- Ensure smooth production, quality control, hygiene and safety standards across all plants.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, raw materials, consumables and equipment maintenance.
- Manage manpower planning, attendance, shift scheduling and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal departments for uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor plant performance, production targets,



operational costs and productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits and prepare operational reports and MIS.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely closure of client complaints.
- Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, any other field preferably FMCG, Food & Beverage or plant operations.
- Experience handling multiple locations and large operational teams.
- Strong client management and team leadership skills.
- Valuable understanding of production planning, inventory and vendor management.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with prior experience in multi-location manufacturing operations, food and beverage manufacturing, water treatment or bottling plant operations. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per month
