About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve operational efficiency, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of organizational goals.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and manage employees across departments.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Proven experience in team handling and process management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
