Nation, were looking for a Customer Relationship Management Executive who can drive revenue, build strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams, all while staying closely connected to our gaming community. In this role, you'll own the growth pipeline end-to-end: from identifying opportunities and closing deals and refining sales strategies that scale the business.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Business Growth & Revenue Strategy: Own and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and unlock new opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Building: Connect with current and existing customers through outbound calls,



understand their needs, and build long-lasting, meaningful relationships that strengthen customer loyalty.
- Strategic Sales Engagement: Promote Game Nation's products with confidence, spark customer interest, and follow up on leads to successfully convert them into satisfied buyers. Your role directly drives the company's growth.
- Opportunity Identification & Upselling: Recognize customer needs, spot opportunities, and make the right product recommendations all while working toward team and individual sales targets.

You're probably a match if you have: Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or sales related field.
- Bilingual Advantage: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Knowledge of any additional language will be an added advantage.
