Work from Office Job in Sector 32, Gurgaon

We are looking for a candidate to manage end-to-end order operations, including placing purchase orders through supplier portals, monitoring and updating order status, and ensuring timely fulfillment. The role also involves maintaining accurate shipment tracking for customers, coordinating with warehouses for stock and dispatch, and handling returns and refund processes efficiently to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Job Location: Sector-32, Gurugram, Haryana-122003

Canada Shift Timings (Night travel allowance + dinner facility at premises)

Working Days: 6 (Mon- Fri work from office and 1 day Work from home)

Key Responsibilities

● Order management & allocation

● Place purchase orders via supplier portals

● Monitor and update pending orders to minimize delays and escalate issues when necessary.

● Tracking & communication

● Update order tracking information to ensure customers receive real-time shipment updates.

● Coordinate with warehouses for order fulfillment and stock management.

● Returns & refunds processing





Qualifications and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree (Any), education in logistics or operations is a plus.

● Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field.

● Proficient in MS Excel

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Attention to detail and accuracy.

● Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

● Adaptability to a energetic and fast-paced work environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
