About the Role

We are looking for a curious, organized and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our Background Verification (BGV) operations team. You will get practical exposure to how employment, education, address, identity and other verification checks are coordinated and completed.

This is a learning-focused opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with information, communicating professionally and following clear processes. You will receive guidance from the team while developing your skills in research, documentation and operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support the Operations team with day-to-day background verification activities.
- Assist with reviewing candidate details and documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Help research and identify relevant organizations or contacts for employment and education verification.
- Make verification-related follow-ups through approved email and telephone channels, under team guidance.
- Update case progress, remarks and follow-up details in internal systems or spreadsheets.




- Maintain organized records and ensure information is entered accurately.
- Coordinate with team members to track pending cases and required information.
- Follow the team's standard operating procedures and data-handling guidelines.
- Escalate missing information, unclear documents or discrepancies to the assigned team member.
- Assist with preparing routine reports and operational updates.

Qualifiers

- Fresh graduates or students looking for practical internship experience.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable using email and online research tools.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to work with data and documents.
