Propixels is looking for a highly creative, experienced, and dynamic Social Media Manager to handle high-profile political and public figure accounts, manage digital content strategies, and coordinate professional live broadcasting operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of political communication, social media trends, real-time content creation, and live event coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Political Profile Management: Manage social media accounts of political leaders, public figures, and organizations across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging reels, cinematic highlights, creative videos, graphics, captions, and trending content.
- Live Broadcasting: Plan, coordinate, and supervise live broadcasts of political rallies, public events, press conferences, interviews, and government programmes.
- Real-Time Event Coverage: Ensure instant content creation, live updates, quick video edits, and timely publishing during major events.
- Content Strategy: Develop content calendars, creative campaigns, and digital communication strategies.
- Production Coordination: Work closely with camera operators, video editors, graphic designers, content writers, and broadcasting teams.
- Political & Current Affairs Awareness: Stay updated with Maharashtra and national politics, government initiatives, major developments,



and social media trends.
- Account Growth & Analytics: Monitor engagement, audience growth, content performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Quality Control: Ensure accuracy, professionalism, consistency, and high production standards across all digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in political media, news, broadcasting, or digital agencies.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Experience managing high-profile accounts and live event coverage.
- Excellent knowledge of reels, short-form videos, viral content, and digital trends.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred.
- Familiarity with professional broadcasting workflows and video production will be an advantage.
