Job Purpose

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying recent market opportunities, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and leading strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Acquisition & HNI Engagement: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, corporate partners, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for gold purchase, wedding jewelry suites, and custom designs.
- Savings Scheme Promotion: Pitch and enroll customers in company gold savings schemes, advance booking plans, and festive purchase programs to build long-term retail customer loyalty.
- B2B & Corporate Relations: Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, corporate entities, and event planners for corporate gifting, employee reward programs, and bulk coin/bullion sales.
- Showroom & Event Sales Support: Assist in driving footfall during peak seasons, festive occasions,



and bridal exhibitions; host client consultations to understand preferences and guide high-value purchases.
- Market Intelligence: Track local retail gold price trends, market demand, competitor promotions, and customer purchasing patterns to provide actionable feedback to store management.
- Sales Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client leads, follow-ups, savings scheme renewals, and sales targets using internal CRM software, delivering regular progress reports to leadership.

Requirements

- Minimum +2.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome / 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
