Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to operate CNC machines used for cutting, drilling, routing and machining furniture and board components. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC routers, nesting machines or CNC boring machines and be capable of reading technical drawings, setting up machines and ensuring accurate production with minimum material wastage.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, routing and machining board components.

- Read and understand technical drawings, cutting lists and CNC programs.

- Set up machines, select tools and adjust machine settings as required.

- Handle and process materials such as MDF, Plywood, HDHMR and Particle Board.

- Inspect finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

- Minimise material wastage by following optimised nesting layouts.

- Monitor machine performance and report technical issues.

- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.





- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.

- Maintain production records and follow workplace safety procedures.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with CNC routers, nesting machines or CNC boring machines.

- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and board processing.

- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.

- Knowledge of CNC programming or CAD/CAM software is an added advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.

Preferred Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, Fitter, Carpentry, Furniture Technology or a related field.

Language Preference: Malayalam or Hindi; basic English knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
