Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Commerce
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

- Source and procure raw materials, consumables, and engineering items as per company requirements.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality departments for material requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase history, and procurement documentation.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available to avoid stock shortages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports for management.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper purchase documentation as per ISO 9001 and AS 9100 quality audit requirements.
- Handle and coordinate import-export material procurement and related documentation.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of purchase and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of raw materials, engineering items, and industrial consumables.
- Good understanding of Import & Export materials and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Horizon, Zoho, or Odoo software.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
