About the Role
Precihole Sports, a sports gun manufacturing company headquartered in Thane, is looking for a Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance. You will own accounting, statutory audits and financial reporting for our three group companies, and work with department heads on cost control, budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead statutory audits of three group companies and coordinate with statutory auditors
- Complete monthly closing of books of account for all three companies on time
- Prepare monthly MIS on profitability, covering key drivers and variance analysis
- Maintain schedules of key balance sheet accounts
- Analyse operating expenses and drive cost-control actions with department heads
- Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Guide and review the work of the accounts team

Qualifications





- CA or ICWA (CMA) preferred; minimum CA Inter or ICWA Inter
- 3–5 years in a corporate accounts role in a medium-sized company
- Hands-on experience with statutory audits and month-end closing; group company exposure preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

Skills

- Robust knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act and statutory compliances (GST, TDS)
- MIS reporting, variance and cost analysis
- Advanced Excel; ERP experience (ERPNext is a plus)
- Clear communication and ability to meet closing deadlines

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
