o Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) checklists for all CNC and VMC machines (spindles, ball screws, linear guides, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and lubrication units).
o Monitor machine performance trends to predict and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

o Lead a team to quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and CNC FANUC controller issues
o Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize production loss and equipment downtime.

o Assign daily maintenance tasks and shifts to maintenance technicians.
o Train junior technicians on protected handling, electrical/mechanical diagnostics, and machine upkeep protocols.
o Ensure adherence to safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and plant safety rules.
o Maintain digital or physical logs of machine breakdown history, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and PM compliance records.
o Support audits for ISO and other quality/safety compliance frameworks.
