Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Site Engineer to supervise and manage solar project installation activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site inspections, installation supervision, technical coordination, quality control, and ensuring projects are completed within the given timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to evaluate project feasibility.
- Supervise solar panel installation, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical equipment.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, technicians, and project managers.
- Ensure proper installation of solar panels, DC/AC wiring, earthing, and cable routing.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and execution.
- Inspect completed installations and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
- Maintain communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar project execution or site supervision.
- Knowledge of solar panel installation and electrical systems.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of DC/AC wiring, earthing, and inverter installation.
- Good site management and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
