About the Role

OXOR Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer to support our ongoing electrical and solar-related projects. The ideal candidate should be willing to work at project sites, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of site activities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and electrical installation work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams.
- Ensure project work is completed as per quality and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Handle site-related technical issues and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate material requirements and site documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 0–2 years of experience in site engineering,



electrical projects, solar projects or a related field.
- Candidates with prior experience in government liaisoning or solar companies will be preferred.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics or a relevant engineering field.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, site execution and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors and government authorities.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
