Job Overview

Zorba Estates is looking for Field Executives who are interested in working outdoors and exploring different parts of Bengaluru. The job involves visiting selected areas and finding houses, apartments and commercial spaces that are available for rent or sale.

The company will provide the areas to be covered. You will need to visit those locations, speak with property owners, collect basic information and send the details to our office team.

Day-to-Day Work

- Travel to the locations assigned by the company.
- Check for vacant houses, flats, plots and commercial properties.
- Enquire with owners and local contacts about properties available for rent or sale.
- Visit the properties and take a few transparent pictures.
- Note down the location, property size and owner's expected price or rent.
- Collect the owner's name and contact number.




- Send the photographs and property information to the team through WhatsApp.
- Check with owners for updates if a property is still available.
- Share regular updates about the work completed during the day.

What We Expect

- Candidates who have completed 10th standard or above.
- Freshers are welcome; previous field experience is an added advantage.
- Comfortable travelling within Bengaluru.
- Basic communication skills to speak with property owners.
- Ability to use a smartphone, camera and WhatsApp.
- Kannada-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
- Two-wheeler preferred.

Compensation

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000.
- Travel / Petrol Allowance as per company policy.
- Performance-based incentives wherever applicable.

Work Location: Different areas across Bengaluru, based on company assignments.
