Job Description: Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience who can independently manage our social media presence from scratch. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, reel shooting, video editing, post designing, and social media management, with the ability to plan and execute content strategies.

Note: Only candidates based in Indore are eligible to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and manage social media accounts from scratch.
- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content.
- Shoot, edit, and publish reels, short videos, stories, and posts.
- Create creative posts, carousels, and other social media creatives.
- Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies.
- Manage daily posting, captions, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
- Take ownership of end-to-end social media activities, from ideation to execution.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain consistent branding and communication.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and acting as the face of the brand in reels and videos when required.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Hands-on experience in shooting and editing reels and short-form videos.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Understanding of content planning, social media trends, and audience engagement.
- Creative thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage social media activities from scratch.
- Comfortable in front of the camera for brand-related content.

Eligibility Criteria

- Only Indore-based candidates are eligible.
- Must be willing to work in office in Indore.
- Candidates should have a portfolio or examples of their previous social media work.
- Candidates who can independently handle content creation, shooting, editing, and account management will be preferred.
